1 5lb Bag of Yellow Potatoes
1 cube of Butter
1 (12oz) Can of 7-Up
Johnny Seasoning Salt
2 c Shredded Cheese
1 Medium Onion Diced

Directions:
Light charcoal briquettes
Line Dutch Oven with tin foil

Slice potatoes into thin slices (⅛ inch). Dice onion.
Put one layer of sliced potatoes in bottom of dutch oven. Sprinkle ¼ of diced onion over potatoes. Dot with Butter. Sprinkle layer with Johnny Seasoning.

Repeat this layer until there is about 1 ½ inches of head room. Cover with lid. Place oven over 12- 15 hot briquette coals, and place 12-15 briquettes on the lid. Let cook for 30 minutes. Potatoes should be fork tender. Remove from briquettes, remove lid, but keep briquettes on the lid. Spread shredded cheese over potatoes. Replace lid and cook an additional 10 minutes until cheese is melted. Remove from heat and serve.
