1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 cup flour
½ cup melted butter
½ cup chopped nuts

1½ cup milk
1 cup sugar
5 eggs, separated
¼ cup poppy seed
¼ tsp salt
2 Tbsp cornstarch
1½ Tbsp gelatin
¼ cup warm water
½ tsp vanilla
½ tsp of tartar
½ cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together graham cracker crumbs, flour, melted butter and nuts. Pat into 9x13 pan and bake at 325º for 10-15 minutes.
Combine milk, 1 cup sugar and egg yolks in a double boiler; beat until sugar is dissolved, add poppy seed, salt and cornstarch and cook until thick. Dissolve gelatin in warm water, add to cooked mixture.
Cool filling, fold in vanilla.
Beat egg whites until stiff, add cream of tartar and slowly add ½ cup of sugar. Fold whipped egg whites into cooled filling. Pour filling over crust and refrigerate until set.
Serve with whipped cream.
