Wet ingredients:
2 over-ripe bananas (well beaten)
2 eggs
1 C packed dark brown sugar
½ C sugar
½ C vegetable oil
¼ C plus 1 tbsp. buttermilk
1-¼ tsp. vanilla
Dry ingredients:
½ tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1-¾ C unsifted flour

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º.
Blend all of wet ingredients with a mixer until well incorporated. Don't overbeat.
blend the dry ingredients into the wet mixture ( use the mixer to avoid flour lumps).
pour into a greased and floured loaf pan. Bake for 90 minutes at 325.
Cool in pan for 10 minutes then turn out.
