6 slices bacon diced
1/2 lb. cooked ham diced
1/2 lb. cooked spicy sausage(V&V)
1/2 lb. cooked shrimp
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 to 1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 sm. can tomato paste
1 sm. can green chili's chopped
2 green peppers chopped
4 green onion chopped
1 tsp dried thyme leaves
1 tsp. fresh dill or 1/2 tsp dried dill(optional)
3 c. rice cooked

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté bacon until crisp. Drain all but 2 T. of fat.
Cut ham and sausage into 1 inch cubes. Shell and devine shrimp. Set aside.
Add onion to bacon, sauté 2or 3 min.,mix in tomato paste, green pepper, green onion, ham and sausage. Cook 5 min. stirring.
Add thyme, dill, salt, pepper and cooked rice blending well. Cover and cook stirring often for 20 to 30 min or til veg. are tender.Add shrimp , last 5 to 10 min. Serves 4

Can be doubled. serves 8
