Dough
6 cups of flour
6 eggs
1/4 cup Crisco or Tender flake
2 tbsp water
3/4 cup canola oil
1 tbsp baking powder

Filling
12 eggs
1 kg of Romano Cheese grated
2 links of garlic sausage approx 600 grams
pepper to taste
This filing needs to be wet. Might need a few more eggs

Dough
Place all dry ingredients in volcano shape on cutting board and add wet ingredients to centre. Fold until comes together and knead for 3 to 5 minutes. Roll out to 1/4 inch or 1/6 inch.
Make into a oval shape.
Place filling on one side and close brush edge with water and seal with fork.
Prick the cover with a fork for air holes. Egg wash and Bake at 350ºF for 30 to 45 minutes.
Makes 3 or 4 pies.
