Cookie Frosting

Butter 2 sticks
Eggs 2
Sugar 1 1/2 cups
Flour 3 1/2 cups
Buttermilk 1 cup
Salt 1/2 tsp
Vanilla 1 tsp
Soda 1/2 tsp
Baking powder 1/2 tsp

Directions:
Cream butter and sugar with a mixer, then add eggs 2 at a time until blended. Mix in remaining ingredients.
Chill overnight.
Portion with a cookie scoop and bake at 350ºF for 10 minutes or on till slightly brown, place on a cooling rack.
Once cool frost with Cookie frosting

Mix together add colouring as needed. If to thin add more powder sugar, if to thick add more milk.
