Bake 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes on untreated cookie sheet

1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 sticks butter
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 cup mini chocolate chips
3 cup flour
⅔ cup cocoa powder
Mini marshmallows; frozen

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl combine sugars; blend in butter, eggs, and vanilla until light and fluffy. Add flour, baking soda, and cocoa powder. Wrap 4 to 5 marshmallows with cookie dough. Place balls on untreated cookie sheets. Bake. Cool on cookie sheet 3 minutes. Then transfer to cool on flat surface.

I transfer the cookies after they have finished baking onto a cookie sheet that has been cooled in the freezer
