2 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Butter (Softened)
1 Cup Buttermilk
1½ tsp Vanilla Extract
3 Eggs
1 tsp Baking Soda
6 Cup Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat Oven to 375º
Cream Sugar and Butter together first. Then add remaining ingredients, roll in balls, dip in Milk and Sugar. Bake for 10 minutes.

This receipe can be used to make cut out cookies, but the dough has to be refridgerated.

Valeria recommends using a hard wheat flour, like Robin Hood, and sifting the flour.
