1 Egg Yolk
1 ¾ Cup Flour
1 Tsp Vanilla

Preheat oven to 350º
Cream butter and sugar
Add egg yolk
Beat by hand
Add 1 ¾ cups of flour and 1 tsp of vanilla
Use cookie press to pipe onto unlined cookie sheets
Bake at 350º for 10-12 minutes
