Meatballs:
10 lbs hamburger (not too lean)
1 dozen egg
1 blender 3/4 full of pureed onions
1 1\2 cups of parsley flakes
1/4 cup sea salt
1/2 cup ground black pepper
Italian breadcrumbs approx a cup so mixture is not too sticky

Spaghetti Sauce:
3 gallons tomato sauce
6 lg yellow onions diced
1 1/2 cup minced or chopped garlic
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup Worcester Sauce

In large electric roaster, add olive oil and chopped onions. Set temperature to 300º and saute onions
Once onions are translucent, add tomato sauce and garlic. Cover and simmer.

Meatballs:
In a large bowl add hamburger, pureed onion, eggs, salt, pepper. Mix by hand well. Add parsley flakes. Add bread crumbs. Make sure well blended. Roll a little bigger than golf ball size. Place on cookie sheet.
Bake meatballs at 375º until semi firm to touch. Add to sauce.

Simmer at 300º over night or for approx 8 hours gently stirring with a spatula scraping bottom so sauce doesn't burn. In last couple hours, add Worcester sauce.

Serve over pasta
