1 dozen eggs
⅔ c. Miracle Whip or mayo
2 T. yellow mustard
2 tsp. horseradish (optional)
½ tsp. salt
pepper to taste
2 T. Vinegar or dill pickle juice
2 T. Sugar (optional)
paprika and/or dill to garnish

Directions:
Place eggs in large pan and cover with water. Cover pan with lid and bring to a boil. Turn off heat and let stand for 13 minutes. Remove eggs to ice water bath.

When cool, peel eggs. Slice in half lengthwise and remove egg yolk to medium mixing bowl. Mash yolk and add salt, pepper, mayo, vinegar, mustard, horseradish, and sugar.

Spoon or pipe into egg white halves and sprinkle with paprika/dill weed.

You can get even crazier and add minced onion, garlic, chives, bacon bits, parsley, whatever makes you happy. Grandma claims she never makes it exactly the same way twice.
