Ingredients:  
1 c shortening
1 ½ c brown sugar
3 c flour
2 eggs
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
1 ½ c diced rhubarb

Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening and brown sugar. Mix in eggs. combine flour, baking soda and salt. Gradually add to creamed mixture. Stir in rhubarb then drop by teaspoonful onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350º for 12-15 minutes and lightly brown. Ice with cream cheese frosting.
