½ cup Butter (1 stick & 6 tbsp butter soften) or crisco butter flavor sticks
¾ firmly packed Brown Sugar
½ sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1½ cup flour
1tsp baking soda
1tsp cinnamon
3 cups oatmeal
White chips
Walnuts

1. Preheat 350º. In lg bowl mix butter and sugars with mixer until creamy
2. Add eggs and vanilla, mix well
3. Add combined, flour, baking soda and cinnamon slowly, mix well
4. Add oats until combined then add chips and walnuts
5. Drop by rounded tablespoons on ungreased cookie sheet.
6. Bake between 8-10 minutes, mine usually take about 12 mi utes. Lightly browned but still slightly gooey.

A friend of mine from our short time living in California gave me this recipe. These cookies are so good that you almost cannot stop eating them. The little bit of cinnamon just make them irresistible.
