Ingredients Dough:
* 1½ cups flour
* 6 oz cream cheese
* 3½ tbsp. ½&½ cream or whiskey
* 3½ tbsp. sweet cream or coffee rich
* ½ tsp. baking powder
* ½ Lb. butter
Ingredients filling:
* 1½ cups chopped walnut meats
* ¾ cups sugar
* 3 tsp. lemon juice
* ½ lemon/ rind grated
* 2 tbsp. milk

Dough
Mix all ingredients above to form a dough. Refrigerate dough overnight in covered container. Roll dough into teaspoon size balls and keep them refrigerated. Roll out each ball onto floured surface - much like you would do for a pie, but into a 3 - 5 inch diameter. Each rolled circle of dough is them filled with a tablespoon of filling.

Filling
Mix well the filling ingredients. Fill dough shells as indicated. Roll shells up like a cinnamon roll and fold ends in so filling does not come out the ends when baking. Place cookies on greased cookie sheet and bake in preheated 350º oven for 12 minutes or until cookies are lightly browned. Remove cookies onto rack or parchment or waxed paper to cool. Roll cooled cookies in powdered sugar.
