Ingredients:  
2 packs of yeast, softened in 2 tbsp. warm water
3 tbsp. sugar
3 ½ c. flour
½ c. sour cream
½ c. butter
3 eggs for dough + 1 egg for glaze

Filling:
4 c. ground nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
1 egg
¾ c. half and half for smoothness

Directions:
Directions:
1. After creaming butter and sguar well, add 3 eggs, one at a time.
2. Blend in sour cream and softened yeast.
3. Add flour and blend well.
4. Turn mixture onto a well sugared board and knead until dough forms a smooth elastic ball.
5. Divide dough into 3 balls.
6. Roll out each ball, in turn, as you would for pie dough.
7. Spread with filling.
8. Roll as you would for jelly roll squeezing end together so filling won't escape.
9. Arrange rolls on a greased baking sheet.
10. Place in warm draft free spot and let rise 1 hour.
11. When rolls are ready to place in oven, glaze with beaten egg.
12. Bake at 350º for about 30 minutes or until done.
