1/2 c. margarine
3/4 c. peanut butter
1/3 c. white sugar
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 egg
2 Tbsp.milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. white sugar for decoration
1 bag milk chocolate candy kisses (unwrapped)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Grease cookie sheets.
In a large bowl, cream together the margarine, peanut butter and sugars.
Beat in the egg, milk and vanilla.
In a separate bowl, combine all the dry ingredients.
Stir the dry ingredients into the peanut butter mixture and blend well.
Shape tablespoonfuls of dough into balls and roll in the second amount of sugar.
Place cookies 2" apart on the prepared cookie sheets.
Bake for 8-10 minutes in the preheated oven.
Remove from the oven and immediately press a chocolate kiss into the centre of each cookie.
Allow to cool, completely.
(The kisses will harden as they cool).
