1 tbsp milled Chia seeds
3 tbsp water
¾ cup vegan margarine
1 tsp vanilla
¾ cup coconut sugar
1 ½ cup Bob’s 1 to 1 flour
¾ tsp baking soda
Dash of salt
1 dark chocolate bag (100g), chopped into little pieces
½ cup chopped walnuts

1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2 Mix chia seeds into the water and stir. Set aside for 5 minutes.
3 In a medium size bowl mix margarine, vanilla, coconut sugar, and chia egg. Mix well.
4 In a separate smaller bowl add flour, baking soda and salt. Whisk well.
5 Mix contents of the dry ingredients bowl into the other bowl. Mix well.
6 Stir in chopped walnuts and chocolate
7 Place into ball 1-inch round or bigger on parchment paper.
8 Bake for 9 minutes. Baked cookies should slide on paper when touched
9 Let cool for a few minutes before moving to cooling rack.
