½ cup oil
2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
1 cup cocoa powder
4 large eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking powder
conf. sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

In a mixer, mix all the ingredients minus the conf. sugar until it forms a soft dough.
Roll dough into balls and toss into conf. sugar.
Leave room between cookies to spread while baking.

Bake for 18 minutes.
