Cookies:
1 c butter
2 eggs
¾ c white sugar
½ c shredded coconut
1½ c crushed graham wafers
2 c miniature marshmallows
¾ c nuts
½ c chopped maraschino cherries

Icing:
2 c icing sugar
½ c butter
Dash vanilla or lemon flavouring

Cookies
1. Beat together butter, egg, white sugar and coconut
2. On stove top, boil mixture for 4 minutes, let cool
3. Fold in crushed graham wafers, marshmallows, nuts and cherries
4. Press into baking pan
5. Spread with thin layer of butter icing

Butter icing
1. Mix together icing sugar, butter, vanilla or lemon flavouring
2. Stir in small amounts of hot water as needed until icing reaches desired consistency
