1 cup butter (2 sticks)
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. almond extract
2 1/3 cup flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter. Gradually add sugar and beat until light and fluffy. Beat in egg and almond extract. Gradually blend in flour. Fill cookie press with 1/4 of the dough at a time. Form desired shapes on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in preheated oven at 350º. Remove immediately to a wire rack to cool.
