Approximately 2’ of foil or parchment paper
1/4c butter, cut into slabs
3c white sugar
1c milk
2T cocoa powder
1tsp vanilla
1c creamy peanut butter
3c quick oats

Directions:
Directions:
Before starting, I suggest getting all of your ingredients ready and measure them out. Lay the foil or parchment paper on a flat surface, either the kitchen table or counter-top. In a large sauce pan over medium heat, melt butter with sugar, milk, and cocoa powder. Once it is melted down, allow it to come to a rolling boil. Boil for 1 full minute at a full rolling boil. Remove from heat. Quickly add vanilla, peanut butter, and oats. Stir until oats are covered and everything is well combined. Drop by spoonfuls onto the parchment paper. Allow to set and cool for 15 minutes or so.

*If the cookies do not fully set and harden, they were not boiled enough. If they harden to quickly and are dry, they boiled too long.
