1 stick Oleo
1 stick butter
½ cup sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Melt all ingredients (except graham crackers) in a saucepan.
Bring to rolling boil for 3 minutes.
Spray cookie sheet with non-stick spray (Pam).
Lay crackers out on cookie sheet.
Pour mixture over crackers, spreading it to cover all crackers.
Bake at 350º for 6-8 minutes.
Let cool and cut in pieces.

Her personal touch on the recipe: “Jeni - I add about 1/2 cup pecans to the mixture and I break them into pieces”.
