1 cup Butter
1 cup Powdered Sugar
1 cup Granulated Sugar
1 cup Vegetable oil
2 Eggs
4 cups Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Cream of Tarter
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter with both sugars
Add the oil & eggs to mixture, beat well.

In small bowl mix flour, salt, soda, & cream of tater
Add this to butter mixture
Add vanilla, blend well

Roll dough into balls, then roll into some granulated sugar
Place on uncreased cookie sheet.
Flatten with bottom of glass that has been dipped in sugar as well

Bake 350º
10-12 minutes
