4 oz. German chocolate
1/4 c butter
1 large can Pet milk
1 1/2 c sugar
3 Tbsp. corn starch
1/8 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/3 cup angel flake coconut
1/2 cup pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate and butter together. Off the heat add Pet milk, sugar, corn starch, and salt. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Fold in the coconut and pecans. Place mixture into 9 inch unbaked pie crust. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes. Cover with foil and bake another 20 minutes until the top cracks.
