Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 package Fudge-Striped cookies
1 large bag of marshmallows
chocolate bark or melting chocolate
gold/yellow writing icing

Directions:
Directions:
1. Prepare a chilled cookie sheet, lined with wax paper.

2. Melt chocolate according to directions.

3. Using a toothpick, skewer the bottom of a marshmallow, and using the toothpick, quickly dip it in the chocolate, shaking off as much excess as you can without dropping the marshmallow.

4. Next, take a fudge stripe cookie, face down, and put the toothpick/marshmallow on top with the pick going through the hole. Carefully pull the toothpick out and set the "hat" on the cookie sheet to harden.

5. Once all are made, place them in the fridge to set.

6. When they are all set, use yellow icing to make a little buckle on the Pilgrim's hat. :o)

Personal Notes:
These are really good for Thanksgiving. Otherwise people might be wondering, "Hey, what's with the little hats?" -_-

Work quickly so the chocolate doesn't harden. These have been one of Matt's favorites since we would take them to Mountain Top years ago. :o)
