1 lb. Butter or Oleo
1 Cup Sugar
5 Cups Flour
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar, add flour. Roll on floured board approximately ¼ inch thick. Cut into squares and place on ungreased cookie sheets. Prick cookies with fork. Bake 45 minutes at 275º until lightly browned. Sugar while still hot.
