1 box frozen spinach
1 can water chestnuts
1 medium onion chopped
1 cup sour cream
1 cup Helman's Mayonaisse
1 envelope Lipton Country Vegetable soup

Directions:
Directions:
Drain the spinach and squeeze out moisture
Drain the water chestnuts
Chop onion
Mix all ingredients together.

Serve with pita bread, bagette bread, or small rye bread slices
