12 hard boiled eggs
1 cup water
2 tsp pickling spices
1 tsp salt
1 cup vinegar
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp pepper corns

Directions:
Directions:
Hard cook eggs. Put eggs in water and bring eggs and water to a boil. Place lid on pot and remove from heat. Let sit for 12 minutes for the perfect hard boiled egg.
Combine the rest of the ingredients in a sauce pan. Simmer for 10 minutes. Strain out all the spices and let cool to room temperature. In a large glass jar add brine along with peeled hard boiled eggs. Store in refrigerator for at least 2 day before serving.
