1 box refrigerated pie crust
2 c of creamy peanut butter, approx
½ c sugar

CINNAMON OPTION:
1 box refrigerated pie crust
½ c sugar
1 t cinnamon
2 T melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
~Preheat oven to 350º

PEANUT BUTTER LAVA:

~Unroll the Pie Crust, and smear one of them with an even layer of Peanut Butter
~Put the other Pie Crust on top and cut out cookies with a cookie cutter
~Give them a little toss in some sugar, and give the classic PB Cookie fork design
~Bake them on a parchment lined baking for 12 minutes, or until slightly golden and firm.

CINNAMON OPTION:
~Mix melted butter, cinnamon and sugar in small container
~Unroll the Pie Crust
~Spread butter mixture over entire crust
~Roll pie crust into log
~Cut into ¼" slices
~Place on parchment paper on cookie sheet
~Bake for 15-20 minutes until pie crust is or until slightly golden and firm.
~Can top with a powdered sugar/vanilla/milk glaze but is good without it.
