For Cookies
1 C Softened Butter
⅓ C Heavy Whipping Cream
2 C Sifted Flour

For Filling
¼ C Softened Butter
¾ C Sifted Powdered Sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla
Water to Mix

Directions:

Cookies
Mix together butter, whipping cream, and sifted flour. Chill for 1 hour. Roll to 1/8 inch thickness and cut into 11/2 inch rounds. Transfer to wax paper and coat both sides with sugar (pat on). Place on ungreased cookie sheet and prick with for to look like a cracker. Bake at 375º until puffy, not brown. 7-9 minutes.

Filling
Mix butter, sugar and Vanilla. Add water slowly until smooth. mixture should be thick.

Put icing in the middle of two cookies.
