Comments: The cake mix makes it easy to make a good batch of cookies in a hurry.

1 (18.5oz) yellow cake mix
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup water
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup Kraft Caramel Bits
1/2 cup Heath Toffee Bits
1 cup chopped walnuts

Heat oven 350º Line baking sheet with Silpat-liner or parchment paper

In a large mixing bowl, beat together oil, water, egg and vanilla. Add cake mix and beat on low speed just until combined. Stir in caramel bits, Heath toffee bits and walnuts. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto baking sheet.

Bake 12 minutes until lightly browned on edges. Cool in pan 5 minutes and then place on racks to cool completely; store in air-tight containers. Makes about 30 cookies
