5 egg yolks (save whites for meringue)
1 stick margarine or unsalted butter
4 tablespoons Hershey Cocoa
2 cups sugar
1 can ( small) carnation evaporated milk
Add 3 or 4 tablespoons whole milk if needed
1 teaspoon vanilla


Directions:
Directions:
Melt margarine/ butter. Add cocoa & sugar. Beat in 5 egg yolks. Add milk & vanilla. Pour in unbaked pie crust. Bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Then beat egg whites (adding sugar and cream of tartar) and put on top and let brown in oven turned on broil.
