1 c. flour
3 well beaten eggs
1.- 1½ tbsp. melted butter, oil, or bacon/sausage grease
1 ½ c.milk
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Beat up some eggs
Put in some milk
Add in the flour until it's thick
(Not lumpy, but like cookie dough or waffle mix)

Put in some oil, bacon/sausage grease, or melted butter)
Add salt and and stir

Add a bit more milk to be thin enough to be thin pancakes
(similar to crepes)

Pour onto hot griddle turn once.

I usually make one large pancake on the whole griddle.

Top with butter, syrup, or fruit. Roll it up and enjoy.
