2 Cups flour (King Arthur Special Bread Flour)
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt

1 cup Corn Flakes, crushed to ½ cup
1 cup oats (not instant)
1 bag chocolate chips
1 cup soft baking raisins
½ cup coconut flakes
½ cup Walnuts nuts, chopped

1 cup Butter Flavored Crisco shortening, melted 1 min in microwave
1 cup light brown sugar, packed
1 cup sugar

1 tablespoon milk
1 tablespoon water
1 teaspoon vanilla (Penzy’s Double Strength Vanilla)
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and set aside.

Combine corn flakes, oats, chocolate chips, baking raisins, coconut flakes, walnuts, and set aside.

Cream together, butter flavored crisco shortening, light brown sugar, white sugar.

Add, milk, water, vanilla, and two eggs, to creamed mixture.

Add flour mixture and then add cornflake mixture (do not beat flour on high speed. It breaks down the flour)
Place ¼ cup scoops on cookie sheet and freeze at least 1 hour before baking. Makes about 24 cookies

Bake at 325 for 17 minutes on cookie sheet line with parchment paper. Let sit on cookie sheet for 3 minutes to cool before you remove.
