4 egg yolks (stirred well)
2 c. milk + 3/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. vanilla + 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. cinnamon.
1/2 c. raisins
8 slices of bread - broken into pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º. Layer casserole pan with bread. Sprinkle 1/2 c. raisins over bread. Layer the rest of bread and pour the egg and milk mixture over it. Let it set about 15 minutes to soak through and bake.
Top with Vanilla pudding (optional)
