2 c flour
3/4 t baking powder
1/2 t salt
1/2 c butter
1/2 c sugar
1 t vanilla
1 egg

grease baking sheet. 400º

Cream butter, add egg and sugar, flavoring and add dry ingredients. Chill dough 1 hour. Roll out 1/4" thick. Bake 10 minutes. Cool and decorate.
