½ c shortening
½ c butter
1 c sugar
2 egg yolks
1 t vanilla
2 squares unsweetened chocolate melted (bakers chocolate 4 small = 1 square)
2 c sifted flour
½ t salt
Directions:
Directions:
Mix shortening, butter, sugar, egg yolks, vanilla and chocolate until combined. Combine flour and salt and mix into batter. Roll into small balls and then into sugar. Bake at 350º for 8-10 minutes.
