½ cup of raisins
¼ cup of melted butter
½ cup of brown sugar
1 cup of corn syrup
2 eggs
½ teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 teaspoon of vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Make enough pastry for 18 tarts
Preheat oven to 375 º
Add ½ raisins and pour boiling water. Let stand until they plump
In a mixer, mix together ¼ cup melted butter and ½ cup of brown sugar
Stir in 1 cup of corn syrup, 2 eggs, ½ teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of vinegar and 1 teaspoon of vanilla
Drain raisins and add to mixture
