1 onion
Cubed salt pork 2 ½ cups of brown sugar
2 TBSP of salt
1 TSP of pepper
2 TBSP of dried mustard
1 ½ cups of molasses
3lbs of dried navy beans

Directions:
Directions:
Soak beans in cold water overnight and drain
Boil beans for 1 hour (add 1 TBSP of baking soda to boiling water)
**Save bean water

Add ingredients and beans to crock pot
Add the saved bean water to crock pot – just enough to cover the beans
DO NOT STIR
Cook on low for 6 hours
