1 8 oz. Cream Cheese (softened)
1 can (8 oz.) Crushed Pineapple
1 cup Chopped Pecans
3 cups Flaked Coconut
Directions:
Directions:
Combine cream cheese and pineapple. Fold in pecans.
Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Roll into 1 in. balls. Roll into the coconut.
Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
