1 cup Parkay margarine
2 cups sugar
3 eggs
1 tbsp. vanilla
4 ½ cups flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda

Icing:
½ cup margarine
½ cup crisco
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. milk
4 cups confectionary sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cream margarine and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla until blended. Mix in flour, salt and baking soda.

Chill for several hours or overnight. Roll out on floured surface, ⅛ - ¼ inch thick.

Bake at 350º for 8-10 minutes.

Mix icing ingredients together and ice cookies.
