2 loafs of bread
6 stalks of celery
1 large onion
1 lb mild pork Italian sausage (not in casing)
2 cans chicken broth
2 tablespoons dried poultry seasoning
6 eggs
1 stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
Day 1:
1. Break up bread into approximate 1/2 inch square pieces. Spread out in single layer and leave out over night to dry.
Day 2:
1. Melt stick of butter in pan over medium heat
2. Chop celery into small pieces. Add to butter
3. Chop onion into small pieces same size as celery). Add to pan
4. Cook vegetables, stirring often, until tender. Remove from heat.
5. Break apart and mix sausage into burger meat consistency. Toss in pan over medium heat until cooked thoroughly.
6. Toss bread and poultry seasoning together. Put in large mixing bowl.
7. Add cooked sausage and vegetables to mixing bowl
8. Beat eggs together and add to mixing bowl.
9. Pour chicken broth over mixture.
10. Mix thoroughly (will be mushy).
11. Stuff turkey and put remaining stuffing in oven safe dish with lid
12. Bake on 350 degrees for 60 minutes. Remove lid for last 15 minutes so top may brown.
