1 c butter or margarine
2 c brown sugar, packed
1 c cocoa
2 eggs
1 1/3 c milk
1/2 tsp salt
2 2/3 c flour
6 tsp baking powder
2 tsp vanilla
1 pack chocolate chips or peanut butter chips

Preheat oven to 400º
1- Cream butter and brown sugar together till creamy
2- Add eggs
3- Sift dry ingredients together and add to butter mixture alternating with milk
4- Add vanilla
5- Add chips and stir till well distributed
6- Drop by spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet
7- Bake till touch with finger bounces back. Careful not to burn bottoms

These are so soft and moist. Absolutely delicious with peanut butter chips. Can add any chip flavor or leave without for a plain soft chocolate cookie.
