1 ¾ cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
½ cup butter (room temperature)
½ cup creamy peanut butter
½ cup granulated sugar
½ cup brown sugar
1 egg (unbeaten)
2 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375º.
2. Sift together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
3. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and peanut butter.
4. Gradually add the sugar and brown sugar, creaming well.
5. Add the egg, milk, and vanilla and beat well.
6. Gradually blend in the sifted ingredients and mix thoroughly.
7. Shape by rounded teaspoons into balls and roll in sugar.
8. Bake for eight minutes.
9. Remove from the oven and place kisses on top of cookies.
10. Return to the oven and bake for two minutes longer.
11. Remove the cookies to wire racks and cool them completely.
