½ cup butter
½ cup brown sugar
½ tsp. vanilla
1¼ cup oatmeal, crushed in blender
¼ tsp. salt
½ tsp. soda
¾ cup chopped nuts
½ cup sugar
1 egg
1 cup flour
½ tsp baking powder
3 oz. semi-sweet chips
2½ oz. each of white and chocolate chip
2 oz. hershey bar, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and both sugars together. Add in eggs and vanilla mixing well. Mix together flour, salt, powder and soda then add to creamed mixture. In a large bowl combine oatmeal, nuts and chocolates then add creamed mixture, blend well. Refrigerate ½ hour. Scoop into balls then place on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake a ta 350º for 12-15 minutes. Cookies will be light to golden brown.
