1 cup packed dark brown sugar
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup molasses
1 large egg
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp kosher alt
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1 tsp ground cinnamonp
1 tsp ground ginger
granulated sugar for rolling the cookies

1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees
2. Mix together the brown sugar, oil, egg, and molasses in the bowl of your mixter
3. In a seperate bowl combine the flout, baking sode, salt, and spices
4. Add the dry ingredients to the molasses mixture, mixing to combine
5. Roll the dough into balls and roll in sugar to cover
6. Place the balls on an ungreased baking sheet
7. Bake for 10-12 mins until browned and the centers set
