1 1/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 stick Crisco butter
2 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 egg
1 3/4 cup flour
1 tsp salt
3/4 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 cup semi sweet choc chips

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375. Beat brown sugar, shortening, milk and vanilla in large bowl on medium speed until light and fluffy. Beat in egg.

Combine flour, salt and baking soda. Mix into creamed mixture just until blended. Stir in choc chips. drop rounded tablespoons of dough 3 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake 8=10 minute or until lightly browned.
