1/2 cup oil
3/4 cup cocoa
1/4 cup melted butter
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
icing sugar for dipping
Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 6 ingredients well. In a separate bowl mix dry ingredients together. Then add to wet ingredients, mix well. If too sticky to roll into small balls, place in freezer for 2-3 hours. Pull out of freezer and roll into small balls (1 in diameter) and dip into icing sugar and place on cookie sheet 2 in. apart. Bake at 350ºF 8-12 min.
