1 cup sugar
3½ cups all purpose flour
1 cup coconut flakes, not frozen
1 cup brown sugar
1tsp soda
1 cup butter
1tbsp vanilla extract
1 cup pecans, chopped
2 eggs
½ tsp salt
Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and butter together. Add dry ingredients and eggs. Mix until dough forms a ball. Divide dough and make rolls which are 1½ inch diameter. Wrap in wax paper. Place in freezer. When ready, remove from freezer and slice and bake at 375º until golden brown.
