Directions:
Sprinkle meat with tenderizer, lemon pepper and garlic powder. Tenderize the meat with a meat mallet.
If using round steak, cut into serving sized pieces. Fry meat in a small amount of oil; remove from pan and place in a baking dish. In the frying pan, cook all vegetables and place on top of meat. Add chicken broth/water to almost cover the meat. Sprinkle top with the Basil and Parsley. Cover with Foil and Bake 400º for first 1/2 hour... then lower the oven temperature to 350º for 1 1/2 hours. Serve with Mashed potatoes.... Thicken the juices with a little corn starch if it is too thin for gravy.
